Founded in 2004 by Nuria Fernández, artistic director, VokalArs is a choir with an outstanding ability to the fulfilment of a wide range of artistic projects.
Audiences are moved by the beauty and elegance of the works on offer in their repertoire, and a concept of timbered sonority with its own personality.

Romanticism period
All the changes that the Industrial Revolution brought were fully consolidated in the second half of the XIX century. Perhaps, one of the most important changes was the emergence and coexistence of two new social classes: the proletariat and the bourgeoisie.
Contemporary music
This program introduces a selection of works from the XX and XXI century that form a patchwork of different contemporary music which allows us to enjoy its gentle and charming musical language.
Ancient music
From a musical point of view, this program gives us the possibility to rediscover some works which belong to two of the most representative genres of ancient Spanish music: the Villancicos and the Ensaladas.
